My name is ANDRIATSILAVINA Donné but everyone knows me as Donné. I am a Licensed Tour Guide for Madagascar. I am Malagasy and I do know all about my beloved country. I got a degree in Tourism and Hospitality and I speak both english and french.
As a tour guide, I personally define my job as an ambassador of my country and I’m really concerned about giving the best things and organizations to all my customers. Therefore, I work as a Tailor-made trip organizer in order to meet your real needs and make it as a pleasant and unforgettable trip ever which sets me apart from others. Madagascar is such a wonderful island where almost everything is unique, especially the fauna and flora as well as the diversity of beautiful landscapes and smiling people. It is also a place for discovering unique cultures , traditions and enjoying good food with beaches under the sun.

Since 2017, I’ve been working in the tourism sector as a tourist guide and have encountered many different origin of tourists. I’m very passionate about my job and I do love sharing and exchanging with others.
My website represents my background.
It is a combination of words that start from Mada- which is from the country name Madagascar and the second word is Far- which I chose from the word Farmer because I am a son of farmers from Itasy region in the highland close to Antananarivo. I grew up there and I know much about rural life, cultures, traditions as well as nature and so on. Apart from that, Far- also has the meaning of a long distance because I aim to bring it as far as I can and carry out all my long term goals. And the last word is -Tour which literally means tour and tourism. So I provide far tours throughout the Big island where you can find all the things you need for a wonderful holiday.
I hope my website will inspire you to travel far from home and I’m already looking forward to experiencing a wonderful trip with you throughout my amazing country.

I had the pleasure of experiencing two incredible tours in Madagascar, one from Antananarivo to the south and the other from Antananarivo to the east, with an exceptional tour guide and driver, May 2023.

Lovely walking tour, April 2023
